- A photo or video of the issue
- Your order number
- The product in original packaging (if possible)

- Our team reviews your request within 24 hours
- If approved, we arrange a pickup or ask you to ship it back
- Once received and inspected, we issue a replacement or store credit
Important Notes:
- Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the product was defective
- Products damaged by misuse, water, or physical impact are not eligible
